We do have dry willow in stock, however we don't have the time resources or digital infrastructure to keep our website updated with present inventory. If you are looking for dry willow please reach out through the contact form, and we will send our order request form. We do our best to fulfill orders as promptly as possible but it may require a month or more from ordering to receive your willow; so please order with grace time, and communicate any deadlines where possible. 

Dry willow order process:

1. Send us a message through the contact form. 

2. Fill out the order request form we send you (note: this does not yet confirm your order).

3. You will be contacted to confirm the details of your order, and we can discuss the willow we in stock that meets your needs. (US orders require SSN)

4. After your order has been confirmed, we will package your order, and send you and invoice including taxes, shipping/handling. 

5. We will send your shipment, tracking information, as well as information on the specific willows you ordered including the variety, year, and soaking information where possible. 

Please note we do our best to reliably serve existing customers before offering willow to new customers, otherwise orders are processed in a first come first served basis providing the willows needed are presently available.

Order quantities 

Minimum order depends on the length of willow being purchased. We currently only have boxes to economically ship the following quantities:

10 lbs up to 3' willow 

20 lbs up to 3' willow 

25 lbs up to 4' willow

30 lbs up to 5' willow 

60 lbs up to 5' willow 

over 5' willows are pickup orders only until we can restock on packaging to accommodate 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the package size, weight and destination. For smaller 10 pound orders that are shipped within province this can be approximately $50, for larger orders of 60 pounds or more shipped to the other side of the country this can be approximately $200. It really depends, but hopefully this will give you an idea of what to expect. 

Shipping to USA (currently shipping)

We do currently ship willow to the Continental USA with an additional $50CDN handling charge. This fee pays for us to provide additional documentation required by customs agents. We send shipments with physical and digital commercial invoices, supporting documentation for USMCA, CUSMA agreements, and details of HTC classifications to do our best to get your package to you as quickly and simply as possible.

Presently we are shipping some orders through and they arrive with 0-4.4% tariffs (this is written august 2026), but some orders seem to get higher tariffs (as high as 25%) and we cannot find a reason for this. BUYER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITIES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES/ TARIFFS. All of this is subject to change without notice as I'm sure you can understand.
