In this two day workshop for beginners, you will create a medium size frame basket, with your choice of two design options. 

This workshop is for beginner weavers, with no or little experience weaving. 

A frame (or rib) basket is made over a frame made from willow and ribs are added as you start weaving to form the skeleton of the basket.

During the workshop you can choose to make either a traditional hen basket or a traditional oval basket. Both of these designs are useful as "handbags" and for shopping.
